Our services must always meet the highest standards of professionalism, be affordable - and be provided in an atmosphere of love, warmth and the comforts of home.

Rates (per day) include: room and board, 24-hour nursing care, housekeeping and laundry service, snacks, and resident activities. Payments are due on the first of the month. 30-day written notice is given on any rate adjustment.

Barber and beauty shop services, medications, clothes, oxygen, and transportation to doctor appointments are charged to individual resident. (Cost may vary with type of reimbursement program resident is under.)

Refunds are based on the daily rates less supplies and charges used by resident. Day of admission - not day of discharge - will be charged.

A room reservation charge will be made to private pay residents who go to the hospital or leave for any reason and wish to return to the same room.

Oregon Care Center serves persons in need of intermediate and skilled nursing care.

The focus at Oregon Care Center is on rehabilitation and recuperation. We strive to help our residents recover as much functional ability and independence as possible.

Under the Medicare A program, our highly trained staff of professional care givers provide skilled nursing care services for a variety of medical condition such as diabetes, post surgical wound care and IV therapy.

At the same time our team of therapists provide intensive physical, speech, and occupational therapies to help our patients recover from stroke, hip replacement surgery and other debilitating events.

In addition to the skilled Medicare A services, traditional nursing home care is available for both short and long term stays.

Facility consists of four private and 28 semi-private rooms. All rooms have private telephones and television hook-ups at resident's request. Personal belongings - pictures, chairs, etc. - are welcome as space permits.

Other facilities include two day rooms, visitors reception area, dining room, therapy room, beauty shop and spacious patio.

Nursing available 24 hours a day from licensed staff under supervision of Medical Director. We also participate in hospice care programs.

Complete restorative program includes physical, occupational, speech therapy. Short term rehabilitative stays also available.

All dietary needs are met, including special diets, and family members are welcome to share meals.

Individualized care programs and a handicap-equipped van for transportation and doctor appointments are also available.

Wide range of activities includes religious services, trips and excursions, resident council meetings, crafts, special parties and dances, bingo, movies, bowling, cooking and exercise classes, current events, family dinners and cookouts..
