Facility consists of twenty-two private and nineteen semi-private rooms.
All rooms have
private telephones and television hook-ups. Personal belongings
- pictures, chairs, etc. - are welcome as space permits.
Other facilities
include living room/chapel, dining room, physical therapy room,
social services room with private visiting area, raised garden beds
for wheelchair accessibility and fenced patio with shelter.
Nursing available
24 hours a day from licensed staff under supervision of Medical
Director. We also participate in hospice care programs.
Complete restorative
program includes physical, occupational, speech, recreation therapy.
Short term rehabilitative stays also available.
All dietary
needs are met, including special diets, and family members are welcome
to share meals.
Ozark Mobile Imaging provides access to portable chest X-rays, and electrocardiograms. Boyce and Bynum provide
blood work.
Individualized
care programs and a handicap-equipment van for transportation and
doctor appointments are also available.
Wide range of
activities includes religious services, trips and excursions, resident
council meetings, crafts, cooking, coffee socials, exercise and
sports games, horseshoes, bingo, word games, music programs, family
dinners and cookouts, intergenerational events. There is an active chapter of the "Red Hat Society" at the facility.
